This is the route most of our clients abroad take. You may be in London, Berlin or New York, looking at a building in Attica you cannot stand in front of. Thirty minutes on a call with drawings or photographs on screen will tell you more than a week of emails.
Bring whatever you have — listing photographs, an engineer's report, a floor plan, or nothing but the address. We'll tell you what we can see, what we cannot see from here, and what would need to be checked on site.

Where we work
Our work is concentrated in Attica — the Athenian Riviera, the southern and eastern suburbs, and the surrounding municipalities. This is where the crew is based and where we can be on a roof the same week.
We travel beyond it for projects that justify the journey. One of our documented case studies was built in Πετρωτό Δομοκού, several hours north — the founder's home village. Distance is a question of whether the project deserves the logistics, not a boundary on a map.
